Adhesive Specially formulated thermosetting PVC Resin
based Adhesives are used to withstand resistance of
High temprature, Vibration and Oil as prevelling
during the actual conditions. The adhesive strength
is ensured during the full life period.
Metal Parts
All Sheet Metal End Caps, perforated inner tubes,
support plates and Retainers are zinc electroplated
for rust protection. The filter has thus a long
storage life in high humidity conditions. the Sheet
Metal parts are drawn from Extra Deep Drawing
Quality steel sheets. The thickness of the metal
parts is to designed to withstand the High Pressure
requirements of each application.
Paint Work
All Spin On Filter Bowls are cleaned and then
painted using a sophisticated painting system. High
Quality Oven Curing Stoving Paint is used ensuring
an attractive finish and withstanding
Peeling,Scratching and formation of Rust Bubble.
Springs
All Springs are made from High Quality Steel Wire.
The number of coils and pitch are controlled for
desired spring rating. The Springs are also zinc
electroplated for rust protection.
